I do not know if these deviations of mine would be considered stolen, what do you think?

A Tattoo Site

Not sure what kind of site this is.

Blog Site

Let me know what you think?

Well the first one as it's used as a tattoo, is not really stolen in the fact that it was placed on the body.. You can't really ask them to remove it.

The other two link back to you so it's not really stealing it's more like featuring.

As long as it links back to your original site then it is more like a feature. Though, admittedly, I'd recommend contacting them and making sure that no one can download it from those sites. Though not speaking the language might be a problem.

As to the tat.. It's a pic of a tat made from your pic.. (Odd but happens all the time). You can't really ask them to take it off their body anymore then Royo can ask people to stop making his work into tat's. I'd take it as a compliment.

I'd be more upset with the tat...only because someone is profiting from YOUR work. Yeah, it's a compliment, but they're getting the reward, you're not. That would piss me off...

The other two seem to be just a collection of pics that the person enjoyed. The Japanese site at least listed you as the artist. I didn't see anything on the last one to indicate it was yours, but I coulda missed something...

True you can't ask the person to remove the tat, but you CAN be sure the tat artist knows where the art came from...if they care.

I agree with what everyone else has said, tho I'd still be pissed that my permission was not asked first.

One day, someone showed me a glass of water that was half full. And he said, "Is it half full or half empty?" So I drank the water. No more problem. ~Alexander Jodorowsky

Well..the tattoo part,I don't think so!Or the 3r one..It could be the same photo from a different person! I have a same photo with someone else from Sweden, the only difference is the cloud..when the place is common, what can u say?About the 2nd one..yeap!I think it's stolen!

I suppose the 3rd at least links back to your page, thats just mildly irritating.

The 2nd site (I think it's Korean) is harder because we don't know why its there. All well and good saying its by you but if they can't get back to you its hardly real credit.

The only reason I say they are mine is my exact file name is still attached to it.
